- Анотація: The European Commission has launched the first call for proposals under Pillar II of the €50 billion Ukraine Facility to support Ukraine’s recovery, reconstruction, and modernization. The call, which has a budget of €2.75 billion, focuses on public, private, and equity investments and will remain open for 12 months, with the first proposal review on 31 October 2024
