- Анотація: On 26 February, a newly renovated housing facility for internally displaced persons was inaugurated in Zvyahel, Zhytomyr region. Funded by the EU’s €19 million programme for urgent housing needs, the former blood centre was transformed into energy-efficient apartments for families displaced by the war
