- Анотація: On 17 July, the European Commission positively assessed the first regular payment of nearly €4.2 billion under the EU’s Ukraine Facility, supporting Ukraine's macro-financial stability and public administration. Once adopted by the Council of the EU, this decision will increase total EU funding disbursed to Ukraine to €12 billion since the Facility became operational in March this year
